Previous incidents

We experienced issues with resolution of "documotor.com" due to a global issue at GoDaddy. The incident required the GoDaddy team to patch all their nameservers, which until the incident was resolved resulted in intermittent issues. Following this incident we are planning to move "documotor.com" from GoDaddy nameservers to Azure nameservers.

We experienced a temporary issue that impacted the ability of some administrators to log into our service. However, this did not affect those who were already logged in. We resolved the issue promptly and have taken steps to prevent it from happening again in the future.
